After singing our hearts out

"HOLOGRAMS DISBANDS AFTER FIRST PUBLIC PERFORMANCE Kuala Lumpur, 4 April 2009 - The much anticipated music group, The Holograms disbanded after their first public performance at the Nuffnang Music Bash 2009 in conjunction with Maxis Broadband's Rocks On! modems.

According to an unnamed source, it is said that the members of the band wanted to pursue their own course in the industry. "It was the makeup that night that got the attention of Sony BMG Group's Manager, Ethel Tan to be interested in endorsing me for their "X-Japan Comes To Town" campaign, " said Andrew Wong, the band's lead guitarist.

The backup singers compromising of Kelz, Jen and David however, went on to form their own music production company, Starshine Bright Productions, which will take on some bloggers cum musicians in getting their albums out to the market.

Upon being interviewed, the band's keyboardist, Anne, said, "My exams are coming up, so back to school for me" while the band's bassist, Joshua added, "Chicken Little is just a cartoon. I'm the real thing! Watch out Malaysia, have you seen a chicken play bass before?."

The band's lead singer however was not contactable at press time and rumours had it that he went home pissed drunk.

The party was a blast as it brought together many bloggers and some even went home with a Sony PS3 that night. For more info on the modems, log on to
